Happie Skin started in August 2021 when I decided to attend the Aveda Institute Boise. The following May of 2022 I graduated from their esthetics program, afterwards received my state licenses upon passing my state exams. I continued growing my scope of practice by receiving certifications in both microblading and powder brows, aka ombre brows, at the Couture Brows Academy. Through the summer I worked multiple jobs as well as renting a booth at Couture Brows, honing in my craft. Through the fall I spent my time building my business and brand. The name Happie Skin stems from my great grandmother Abbie, who went by Happie. She past her name down to my grandmother and then to me. In school we had an assignment to create business Instgram account, I decided to have a name that represent me as well as my true mission. Which is that everyone has happy and healthy skin, after all our skin is our largest organ and deserves our love.
